If you’ve never taken part in a strength and conditioning workout before, you’re going to be surprised by how quickly you start losing muscle mass if you’re exercising more than twice a day.

This is why the first two weeks of your weight loss are key to getting your muscles to work harder and build muscle again.

If your goal is to lose muscle mass and lose it quickly, then exercising at least three times a week will help you achieve this.

For example, if you want to lose about 15 pounds, then you’ll need to exercise about two hours a day for three days.

The second three days you should do the same, but then you can do a few sets of five, six, or seven reps and then rest for two hours.

If this sounds like a lot, you’ll also need to increase the number of sets that you do each workout.

You can also consider adding some cardio exercise to your workout to increase your ability to get to the gym faster.
