Engadgets, an app that tracks your diet, health, and fitness, has announced it’s launching a new daily challenge called Weight Loss Transformation, which aims to help you lose weight by transforming your diet into a daily routine.
The app, which is available for free and is also available to pay subscribers, aims to be a weight loss platform for those of us who are already overweight.
Instead of just walking into a grocery store, the app will ask you to walk for 20 minutes each day to create a routine that will help you keep your weight in check.
It will also suggest meal replacements for you, including meals you can make yourself and meals you’ll enjoy on the go.
“We want you to become a master at dieting,” the app’s developers wrote.
“Instead of trying to do all the work yourself, we’re here to help.
And when you’re ready to get to the gym, we’ll tell you how to do it.”
It’s unclear if Weight Loss Transformations will work on other weight-loss platforms.
Engadges, the company behind the app, is reportedly working on a new app, but the app is currently only available for the iPhone.
Engads also recently launched a new Fitbit app, so it’s likely the company will continue to invest in its fitness-tracking app in the future.
