I’ve lost a whopping 80kg in just six months.

The hardest part is I’ve been missing the gym so much I haven’t been able to take time off to do anything.

I think the hardest thing is that I’m now a single parent with two kids.

I’m really grateful for the support I’ve had from people all around the world, but my main motivation is getting the message out there that if you can lose weight, you can still achieve a healthy lifestyle.

It’s so easy to fall short of your goal.

It can feel like you’re not living up to it but that’s not always the case.

When I started to lose weight I was on a very low calorie, very low carb diet.

I didn’t want to be eating anything for a month or two.

I was doing lots of cardio and weights and stuff, but then I realised that I was missing the benefits of my low carb lifestyle.

I felt like I was just eating a big bowl of food every day.

I wanted to feel like I wasn’t starving.

That’s when I realised I needed to eat more.

I have been on this diet for six months, and I’ve managed to lose about 20kg, which is a lot.

But I’ve also managed to maintain a healthy diet and exercise.

I also have my kids to support me.

I think it’s really important to get on the right diet.

My main motivation for this is to be a role model for kids.

You can’t get better results by following a diet.

You need to be doing something else, so I’m trying to get the message across that you can do this and you can be a healthy person.

How do you stay motivated to keep weight off?

I like to eat food that’s low in carbs and high in protein and low in sugar, and try to keep it as simple as possible.

I can’t really think of any other diet where you can get all the nutrients you need from one food.

I don’t have a problem with sugar or high fat or any of that, but I do have a very high fat intake, which leads to the formation of fatty acids.

I know it’s tempting to think that if I just eat healthy, I’ll be good.

I try to eat as much fruit and vegetables as possible and make sure I don,m eating the right amount of carbs.

I drink lots of water, and don’t get a lot of exercise, but it’s something I’ve tried to change my diet up a bit.

I started with a very healthy, low carb, low sugar diet and have been slowly moving up that to a very simple, low fat diet.

I’m a huge fan of a simple, clean and simple diet.

It’s the only one that has helped me keep my weight off.

How do you go about getting your body to use fat as fuel?

I’ve done a lot to try and keep my metabolism at a healthy level.

I eat a lot more vegetables and fruits and avoid dairy.

I put a lot less salt into my diet.

When it comes to my diet, I try and go with the basics, which are really simple.

You don’t want carbs, fat, or sugar.

I like to start with something simple and then try to get progressively more complicated.

I’ll try and get everything into the same meal but keep things as simple and clean as possible so that my body is using the nutrients and fats that it needs.

I also try and limit my fat intake.

I really don’t like fat in my diet and I don the fat in mine either.

I tend to lean towards very low-fat foods, but if it comes down to it, I’m a big fan of low-carb, high-fat.

I go for something simple with lots of vegetables and fresh fruits and I try not to get as much sugar.

How does one stay motivated?

I think it comes from the fact that I love what I do.

It comes from working hard and eating right and doing what I love, which means being healthy and doing things that make me happy.

I want to do this to the fullest extent possible.

If I lose weight and keep it off, I want my body to keep eating healthy and getting stronger and stronger.

If I’m doing this for a while, I think I will get better and better.

I do feel really lucky to have had this support system.
